Many overlooks and arch tops, including the top of Natural Bridge, have sheer drops and no guardrails. Stay on trails and keep children close.
Forest rules: no fires or stoves within 100 feet of a cliff base or rock shelter; no off-highway vehicles in the Geological Area; no climbing within 300 feet of Sky Bridge, Gray's Arch, Nada Tunnel or the Chimney Top overlook. Kentucky law prohibits open containers of alcohol in public places, including national forest land. Kentucky State Parks also prohibit bringing firewood from out of state.
